Practical detail on contracting, confidentiality, timelines, deliverables, and how to get on the calendar.
Most engagements begin with a consultation to confirm the scope, the outcome you need, and the constraints your acquisition team is working within. From there the firm provides a written scope of work with deliverables, timeline, and pricing that your contracting or finance office can process — whether that is a purchase order, a simplified acquisition, a subcontract or teaming arrangement under a prime, or a standard professional services agreement. Required registrations, representations, and documentation are provided on request during the review, and the firm works to the vehicle and format your office prefers rather than asking you to adapt to ours.
Every inquiry, assessment, and coaching conversation is treated as confidential. Nondisclosure agreements are welcomed and can be executed before substantive discussions begin. In executive coaching, the content of sessions stays between the coach and the individual client; when an organization sponsors the coaching, reporting is limited to agreed items such as attendance and progress against goals, never session content. Organizational findings are shared only with the stakeholders you designate.
It depends on the structure. A strategy session is a single working meeting. An organizational assessment generally runs four to six weeks. Project engagements are commonly three to six months, scoped to defined milestones. Retainers and fractional management support are month-to-month with a recommended initial commitment of three months so results are measurable. Executive coaching packages are typically structured across 30-, 60-, and 90-day plans.
Deliverables are written, practical, and built to be used after the engagement ends: current-state findings, process maps and standard operating procedures, performance metrics and reporting templates, implementation and change-adoption roadmaps with owners and dates, communication plans and messaging materials, and executive briefings for leadership or board audiences. Exact deliverables are named in the scope of work before the engagement begins, so there is no ambiguity about what is produced.
Send a request through the consultation form on this page, or reach the firm directly by phone or email. Requests are reviewed in the order received and answered with proposed times for an initial consultation. That consultation is a working conversation about your objectives and constraints — not a sales pitch. If there is a fit, a written scope follows, and work begins once the agreement is executed.
